Ecco. La conferma e' arrivata. Da ieri abbiamo una nuova ospite a casa. Sara' con me e il Fede per tutti i nostri futuri pasti. Ci fara' provare nuovi alimenti, sperimentare nuove ricette, probabilmente a volte ci verra' voglia di insultarla. In ogni caso e' arrivata e ce la teniamo. Si chiama Celiachia, anche se per trentasei anni la gente l'ha chiamata Culo: "Che culo che c'hai, Fede, mangi mangi e non ingrassi!". No, ecco, basta malintesi, adesso le presentazioni sono ufficiali. Forse che era timida ed ha aspettato tanto a palesare la sua presenza? Non facciamoci troppe domande, facciamole invece posto a tavola e speriamo di piacerci a vicenda.

Here we are. The confirmation just arrived. Since yesterday we have had a new guest at home. She will be with Fede and myself for all our future meals. She will make us trying new foods, experimenting new recipes, probably we would like to say words to her quite often. Anyway, here she is and we should keep her. Her name is Celiac, even though for almost thirty-six years people had called her Luck: "What a luck, Fede! You can eat and eat, without gaining any weight!". Nope, well, let me introduce her officially. Perhaps was she too shy to expose herself? Let's avoid questions, let's welcome her home, have a seat and let's hope to get along with each other.
